Dr Wyman Wong is the Co-Founder of ChemPraxis and a distinguished Biology and Chemistry educator with over 12 years of teaching experience. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and is a Cambridge Certified Educator and member of the American Chemical Society (ACS).
With a strong foundation in scientific research and education, Dr Wong brings extensive subject expertise, analytical thinking, and research-informed teaching approaches to the development of Biology education at ChemPraxis.
As the Head of the Biology Department for the ChemPraxis A-Level College, Dr Wong provides academic leadership in the development and delivery of a rigorous Biology curriculum. His departmental focus encompasses conceptual understanding, laboratory competencies, scientific inquiry, assessment preparation, and the development of analytical and problem-solving skills essential for university-level study.
His educational philosophy emphasises scientific curiosity, independent thinking, and the development of confident learners who are well-prepared for the intellectual and practical demands of higher education.
